JOB TITLE: Delivery Rider
REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
SUPERVISES: Nil
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To adhere to the traffic rules and regulations, while at the same
time, demonstrating a proper knowledge of the service area to effect
a prompt and efficient service, through proper time management
skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent is required to:
1. Assist in preparing the motorcycle according to checklist.
2. Prioritize items for customers in order of delivery.
3. Ensure correct orders are taken by double checking.
4. Keep the Telephone Operator informed of his/her whereabouts.
5. Keep check of delivery orders on a continuous basis.
6. Ensure proper directions are established before deliveries are
made.
7. Make deliveries to customers safely and promptly and offer customer
choice of condiments.
8. Return to the Restaurant in a timely manner.
9. Report any irregularities to management immediately.
10. Ensure proper cash management.
11. Ensure proper maintenance of motorcycle.
12. Perform other related duties as required by the job function.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE.
1. A valid motorcycle license is required of which must be Class
(1)
2. A proper knowledge of the service area.
3. Proper time management skills.
4. Basic knowledge of motorcycles.
5. Customer oriented.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative
REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
SUPERVISES: Nil
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To adhere to the traffic rules and regulations, while at the same
time, demonstrating a proper knowledge of the service area to effect
a prompt and efficient service, through proper time management
skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent is required to:
1. Determine the nature and the quality of the product desired by the customer.
2. Give demonstrations of products/items on sale in order to help the customer, make an informed decision.
3. To stimulate buying interest.
4. Keep the Branch Manager/ Supervisor informed of items requested by customers of which we are out of stock or never stocked before.
5. Record customers’ complaints and/or suggestions and notify the Branch Manager/Supervisor on a daily basis.
6. Attend to customer queries over the telephone concerning items on sale i.e. availability, price etc.
7. Speak with a tone that is indicative to the company, when handling customers orders, over the microphone.
8. Keep workstation clean and tidy.
9. Perform other related duties as required by the job function.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE.
1. Three (3) C.X.C. passes or equivalent qualification including Food and Nutrition.
2. Computer Literate.
3. Customer Oriented.
4. Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
