Our website address is mymarios.com. Mario's Pizzeria Limited ("Mario's", "we", "us") operates this site and our mobile ordering experience.

• Sign-in details shared by Apple or Google when you use Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In (name and email address, as permitted by your provider settings)

• Device type and app version, used for support and troubleshooting

Mobile app permissions

The iOS app may request permission to send you push notifications (order status updates and, if you opt in, promotions). You can change this at any time in your device Settings. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose Hide My Email, we receive a private relay address instead of your email address, which may prevent us from linking previous loyalty or order history to your account — contact us if this happens and you would like them linked.

You can delete your account, including from within the app, as described under "Your rights" below.

How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

• Manage your account and order history
• Provide customer support
• Send service-related communications (order confirmations, account notices)
• Send marketing communications when you have opted in
